The York County History Center maintains a spreadsheet involving over 270 mills based upon research performed by Gran M Voaden P.E. and published in 1969. CVAHS has offered to take the lead and will be responsible for finding missing mills and expanding the spreadsheet to include more details. Here is the original Voaden database. But we need you help to locate and update old York County mills information. There might of been one in your own backyard. Please contact Thomas Yingling or Richard Resh to help preserve this history.
